Prior to becoming a full-time freelance copywriter, I personally brokered tens of millions of dollars worth of real estate sales and lease transactions for my clients and for my own portfolio in retail, office, industrial, single-family and multi-family residential income properties, and in raw and subdivided land.
Before launching my real estate career, I held various positions in sales and marketing, and founded a group of retail stores providing communications products and services in the Chicagoland area.
I have also been awarded the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. It’s one of the highest professional certifications one can earn in commercial investment real estate.
